RENALDO MCINTOSH

Head Coach

Originally from Illinois, coach McIntosh was a multi sport athlete.  Although basketball being his main sport he chose to pursue during and after college, he never lost his childhood love baseball.

His passion for baseball, comes from his years of playing Little League Ball back in Illinois. His team " The Purple Panthers" won 3 District Championships in a row, 3 State championships in a row, and place 2nd in Nationals. He hopes to one day help a group of athletes experience the same joy and success he had as a young athlete. Showing what can be achieved by working hard and doing things the right way.

Coach McIntosh has over 20 years of coaching experience. Coach McIntosh is committed to developing young athletes both on and off the field. My coaching philosophy is built on discipline, teamwork, respect, and a strong work ethic. I focus on teaching the fundamentals of baseball while helping players build confidence, character, and a love for the game.

As a coach, I believe every player deserves a positive and structured environment where they can grow at their own pace. I emphasize skill development, sportsmanship, and accountability, while also encouraging players to have fun and support one another as teammates. My goal is not only to prepare athletes to compete, but to help them develop life skills such as leadership, perseverance, and responsibility.

I take pride in creating a safe, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for players and families. I work closely with parents and league leadership to ensure clear communication to player development. Coaching youth baseball is more than winning games- It's about making a lasting impact and helping young athletes succeed on and off the field.

ERIC "EZ" MOALES

Assistant Coach

" I've been playing sports most of my life, and I can honestly say I've never been picked last (lol). From adolescence into adulthood, I've played the game, studied the game, and now teach the game to my children.

For the past 8-24 years, one belief has stayed constant:  the smallest details can fix anything.

I coach with purpose, focusing on personal development as much as performance- helping athletes grow not just as players, but as true students of the game.

The little things, the small details, and the daily wins don't just improve skill... they build c confidence, discipline, and character.
